The restaurant is particular about the handmade soup! The soups are made with pork, chicken and beef bones by boiling for more than 4 hours. Aromatics are added, and the broth is simmered. A broth of Kombu seaweed, shiitake mushrooms and dried fish is then added, making it a classic double soup and gentle taste and flavour. Therefore, it is also popular among ladies and can be eaten lightly even in the morning.
