Tenma Wakabayashi – Profile
Editor-in-Chief, ASUKA Magazine
Born in 1980 in Mashiko, Tochigi Prefecture, to parents who are ceramic artists. He left university at age 19 to pursue a career in manga editing, joining Kadokawa Shoten (now KADOKAWA) in 2006 and working with the Asuka editorial department ever since. Wakabayashi has overseen notable works such as Samurai Drive, Aria in the Beech Forest, Monster Girl Illustrated Book, and Gekkakoku Kiiden (The Eccentric Doctor of the Moon Flower Kingdom). His latest hobby is birdwatching.
Tohru Himuka – Profile
Tohru Himuka is a shōjo manga artist known for her work The Eccentric Doctor of the Moon Flower Kingdom (Gekkakoku Kiiden), currently serialized in KADOKAWA’s ASUKA magazine. She brings a unique storytelling perspective and artistic style, contributing to the modern shōjo manga scene.
