Basic Information about Ramen Do

No parking, but you can find parking spots on St Bendicts St, Upper Queen St etc - enough spaces around the restaurant. 

The restaurant has an uncompromising approach to the quality of Hokkaido Ramen, incredibly particular about handmade noodles, Ramen soups, and BBQ porks (Cha-shu).

Homemade noodles made from whole wheat flour, and much volume 260g! 

We add Yuzu to our very popular Miso sauce, which is a special sauce only for this event!!

Tonkotsu Soy Sauce Ramen with Chilli Fried Shrimp ($25)


Ramen noodles are in the pork bone and soy sauce-based soup with the Ebi-Chilli toppings that are Fried shrimp in a sweet and sour chilli sauce.

Hidenobu

I trained at the Teshikaga Ramen Head restaurant, and a branch in Sapporo, Hokkaido in Japan, and have been particular about making authentic ramen, soup, handmade noodles, etc. 

I have been a chef for 40 years and confident of a good sense of food.
